One of the pivotal elements that facilitates the proper ascension from a child to full womanhood is mentoring. From antiquity mentoring has been a necessary part of the mental, emotional and spiritual development of those who aspire to become their best.

LaShaunda is uniquely qualified to provide the important guidance that is so desperately needed among females of every age. She has designed a framework of mentoring structured around the developmental stages through which a young lady progresses.
